What DCSS Needs
DCSS needs: current contact information for you and the paying parent, updates when the paying parent changes jobs or address, your complete payment history when requesting enforcement action, accurate income information for both parties when modification is requested, and prompt response to any requests for information or documentation.
DCSS can only act on information it has. A caseworker who doesn’t know the paying parent changed employers can’t serve a new income withholding order. A caseworker who doesn’t know a new employer’s name can’t look it up.
